Continue Reading...1. What are the shipping selections?
For all customers in the United States –
USPS –
Media mail - This is an economical mail rate for shipping CD’s. It may take up to 7 to 14 days to receive an order using this shipping method.
Priority mail – This USPS service is a faster way to receive your order. It may take up to 3 to 5 days to receive an order using this shipping method.
United Parcel Service (UPS) – This service is availble to all U.S. customers except in Alaska and Hawaii. Media mail rate plus $4.00 is used for this service. All other UPS services can be used at higher fees. For more information email us at info@soundtrak.com.
For foreign customers –
AIRMAIL LETTER POST – this is an economical airmail. Our service fee for this method of shipping is $2.00 per order. We cannot insure any package by this method of shipping. Package weight is limited to 4 pounds. Any order over 4 pounds cannot be shipped by this method. If a package is lost when sent Airmail Letter Post, the customer will not be reimbursed for the loss. The method of shipping cost is determined by ounces.
AIRMAIL PARCEL POST - Using this airmail service the package can be insured. We recommend that all customers insure their packages. If they choose not to do so, they will not be reimbursed for any lost packages. The customs forms are extensive for this method of shipping. Our service fee for this method of shipping is $4.00 per order. This method of shipping is determined by pounds. Example: If the package is 1 pound 2 ounces, it must be charged for 2 pounds.

2. Can I hold an order and then submit a payment?
We hold ordered items listed on this web site for 10 days. If payment is not received within 10 days the order is canceled and the item goes back into inventory for any other customer to obtain.
3. What are the country codes and other codes listed on the CD descriptions?
Country codes are - A – Australia, B – Belgium, C – Canada, E – England, EEC – European Economic Community, EU- Europe, F – France, G- Germany, H – Holland, I-Italy, J-Japan, K- Greece, S-Spain.
Other codes are - LE – limited edition, AF – animated film, SF – science fiction, SC – studio cast, and OC – original cast.
Used CD condition codes - A-1 near mint with no marks or scratches and little wear, VG – very good with some marks and scratches but plays fine.
4. Do you offer any discounts?
Discounts are offered on what we call regular items. This does not include titles listed in our clearance section or any special ordered items. For any order of regular items over $100.00 a 5% discount is issued. More details will be provided at the checkout section of your order.
5. Will you still be mailing paper catalogs?
Yes, for the present time we will continue to mail our paper catalogs. For U.S. and Canadian customers as long as you order once every 6 months you will continue to receive our regular catalog. A reminder will be stamped when your catalog will soon to expire. If you want this catalog to continue to be mailed a $10.00 yearly subscription fee can be paid without ordering.
For customers outside the U.S. and Canada wanting the paper catalog a $20.00 yearly subscription fee applies.
